Before you submit your application, be aware of the following:

You cannot submit your application before your previous school certificate, language exam (or statement of late submission) and transcripts (LL.M., EMLex, Phd programmes) are uploaded on this page. Only files with a maximum size of 4 MB can be uploaded in the system. Acceptable formats are PDF and JPEG.
Please also note that we will not review your application until all of the application documents (as detailed under the ‘Attachments/Anhänge’ section and in the relevant programme descriptions) and payments are received. Once the deadline for applications has passed, it is not possible to submit applications or pay fees. Incomplete applications will be automatically rejected.
You can find the bank account details in the automatic response email or in the relevant programme descriptions to fulfil the payment of the application fee.
Applicants to Károli Christian Scholarship do not have to pay the application fee.
Do not wait until the last minute. You can submit your application up until 11:59 PM CET (Central European Time) on the deadline date. You must click Submit before the deadline in order to guarantee your submission is accepted. Additionally, be aware that during our busiest times you may experience page loading delays, and these may occur outside of customer service's hours of operation. We cannot grant deadline extensions if you miss your deadline.
