1. Application and admissions

Posting about whether extended applications are needed:12 June 2015

Extended application deadline (if not all 30 places are filled in the first round of applications): 28 June 2015

Notification about preliminary admission by private e-mail to the successful applicants of the extended application: 3 July 2015

Deadline for the supply of hard copies:17 July 2015 / 07 August 2015 (for extended admissions)

Notification about the verification of hard copies: 24 July 2015 / 14 August 2015 (for extended admissions)

Tuition due: 28 August 2015 / 11 September 2015 (for extended admissions)

2. School year

The school year is divided into five 6-week modules, each consisting of five weeks of teaching and one week for exams.

Orientation and registration week: 14-18 September 2015

First teaching module commences: 21 September 2015

Winter break (leave possible): 21 December 2015 – 03 January 2016

End of exams following the last teaching module: 13 May 2016

Thesis writing, final exams preparation, freely optional courses (leave possible): 16 May – 10 June 2016

Thesis defense and final exams: 13 June – 24 June 2016

Graduation ceremony, issuing transcripts: 27 June – 1 July 2016
