Faculty of Pedagogy

The Faculty of Pedagogy of the Károli Gáspár University of the Reformed Church in Hungary is one of Hungary's most significant institutions in the field of teacher training. At our faculty we prepare professionals for their occupation, who are sensitive towards values-based education, seek the meaning of life in its deeper contexts, and make their scale of values attractive for others through the personal example they set.

We train primary school teachers, kindergarten educators, infant and early childhood educators, cantors, religious education teachers, religious community organizers in the framework of our programmes. The Master’s program prepares students to address the theoretical and practical issues of Christian education.

Our mission is fulfilled in the following three institutions: Institute of Reformed Religious Education Teacher and Cantor Training, Institute of Pedagogy, Institute Professional Training and Postgraduate Programmes. We invite professionally dedicated colleagues, with whom we can build our Christian Church, to think together, learn from each other and to form a community. Our courses take place in three different locations: Nagykőrös, Budapest and Kecskemét.
