Life Management Support

Fanni

Dear Students,

My name is Fanni, and I am a certified psychologist. During my university years, I volunteered as a peer counsellor supporting students through individual counselling sessions and psychoeducational group programs.

Starting university in a new country can be an exciting experience, but it can also come with challenges. Adjusting to a different culture, studying in a foreign language, and being away from your usual support system may sometimes feel overwhelming. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can talk openly about whatever is on your mind.

You are welcome to contact me if you are experiencing difficulties that feel hard to manage on your own. Topics we can discuss include:

  • adapting to a new cultural and academic environment;
  • homesickness, loneliness, or feelings of isolation;
  • academic pressures, time management, and study-related challenges;
  • difficulties balancing university life with other responsibilities;
  • challenges in relationships with peers, professors, family members, or partners;
  • personal growth, self-understanding, and setting meaningful goals;
  • navigating life transitions and changes; or
  • any other topic that is important to you.

I believe that seeking support is not only about overcoming difficulties but also about getting to know yourself better and discovering your own strengths and resources. Sometimes a conversation can help you gain a new perspective, feel more confident in your decisions, or take the next step toward the changes that are important to you.

I provide 60-minute counselling sessions in English, either online or in person, depending on your preferences and availability. I look forward to meeting you. You can contact me on This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
