Representatives of Josai International University and Josai University Educational Corporation visited Károli on 5 October.
Based on the cooperation agreement signed with Josai University Educational Corporation in 2011, a group of Japanese students pays a short visit to Károli each year, while 2-3 Károli students have the opportunity to spend a semester at Josai International University with the support of the Mizuta Scholarship Programme. After a courtesy meeting with Professor Péter Balla, Rector of the university, the Japanese delegation held talks with the head and professors of the Japanese Studies Department at the Faculty of Humanities over the concrete issues related to the bilateral cooperation.
