Ambassadors’ visit to the Károlyi-Csekonics Palace

Upon the invitation of Dr. habil. Ágnes Czine, Acting Rector, the Ambassadors of Spain, Lebanon, India and Japan visited the Károlyi-Csekonics Palace on 2nd July 2021.

Following the greetings of the Rector and the Dean, Their Excellencies Ms Anunciada Fernández de Córdova, Ms Joanna Azzi, Mr Kumar Tuhin and Mr Masato Otaka were introduced to the history and international relations of the University and the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. During the meeting, the Ambassadors presented the current economic and educational trends and challenges of their countries. The aim of the meeting was for the University to widen the opportunities for educational and scientific cooperation with institutions of higher education in the four countries. At the end of the program, the members of the delegation visited the Károlyi-Csekonics Palace.

 

The aim of the Károli Gáspár University of the Reformed Church in Hungary is to continue to strengthen its excellent academic relations and research activities with the countries represented by the embassies.
