Based on the tradition started in 2021, the Faculty of Pedagogy once again invited the theoretical and practical experts in talent management; on 26 May 2022 the Talent - Faith - Identity Conference was held for the second time. Building on the diversity of the concept of talent, the Faculty announced its event with the aim of highlighting the role of faith in the process of developing skills, in addition to presenting theoretical research and good practices related to the topic of talent management.
Besides the Transylvanian and Hungarian experts in higher education, colleagues teaching in the institutional system of public education attended the conference, as well as those pedagogical students, who participated in a program called Discovering the Created World (ID: NTP-INNOV-22-0218), with the support of the National Talent Program, supplementing the professional content of the event with their own individual research.
The organizers of the conference are confident that the shared thoughts will help in the practice of nurturing talent, while also sets further research directions that may enrich the development of the talents of the future.
