On 8 June 2026, Prof. Dr. Zoltán Tóth, Dean of the Faculty of Law of Károli Gáspár University of the Reformed Church in Hungary (KRE ÁJK), and Prof. Dr. Ádám Boóc, Vice Dean for International and Scientific Affairs, paid an official leadership visit to the Faculty of Law of Trnava University (Právnická fakulta Trnavská univerzita v Trnave, Slovakia).
The Faculty of Law of Trnava University was represented by Dominika Moravcová, Vice Dean for International and Scientific Affairs. During the meeting, representatives of the two institutions discussed opportunities for international and academic cooperation. At the conclusion of the meeting, a Memorandum of Understanding setting out the agreement between the institutions was also signed.
In the afternoon, within the framework of the Company Law Summer School organized by the Faculty of Law of Trnava University, Prof. Dr. Ádám Boóc delivered a lecture in English on the liability of members of supervisory boards in business associations.
