Success of current and former Károli students in Rio

Gabriella Szabó (left), student of law at Károli Gáspár University won two Gold Medals at the Olympic Games in Rio.  She won in women’s kayak double and four, both in 500 metres.

Furthermore, Áron Szilágyi (second from right), who recently graduated in psychology at our Faculty of Humanities, won the Gold Medal in men’s sabre fencing, thus repeating his success in London in 2012.

Besides these astonishing results, Ádám Telegdy (second from left), who is our student of psychology, competed in the men’s 200 metres backstroke swimming.

Another alumnus, former student of law Tamás Decsi (right), took part in the sabre fencing competition of the Olympic Games.

Warm congratulations to all of them!
