The Faculty of Law of the Károli Gáspár University of the Reformed Church in Hungary will host a guest lecture entitled Orality in Civil Procedure: A South American Approach on Tuesday, 12 May 2026.
The lecture will be delivered by Prof. Christian Delgado, Professor of Civil Procedure, who will provide an overview of the role and significance of orality in South American civil procedural systems, with a particular focus on contemporary developments and comparative perspectives.
The event is organized by Prof. Dr. András Osztovits, Head of Department at KRE Faculty of Law.
