Károli and Khazar University Sign Memorandum of Understanding

On 3 September, Károli Gáspár University of the Reformed Church in Hungary welcomed Ms Razia Isaeva, Rector of Khazar University in Baku. The Károli delegation was led by Prof. Dr László Trócsányi, Rector, and included Dr Gyula Csáki-Hatalovics, Chancellor; Dr Judit Nagy, Vice-Dean for International Affairs of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences; Dr Gábor Szalai, Director for International Affairs; and Tamara Judi, International Communications and Marketing Officer.

During the meeting, the two universities signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), creating opportunities for joint research, academic mobility and professional conferences in areas including psychology, international relations and linguistics.

A key project of the cooperation will be the international conference on the impact of artificial intelligence on higher education, to be hosted by Károli in May 2027, with the two universities working closely together on its organisation.
