A member of the Canada Research Group of Karoli University, Dr Miklos Vassanyi visited the Iqaluit-based Nunavut Arctic College on Baffin Island, Canada fromOctober 19 to November 2, 2021. Dr Vassanyi met the Chair of the Inuit Language and Culture Program, Ms Lizzie Aliqatuqtuq and Mr Jamal Shirley, Manager of the Nunavut Research Institute. In the library of the Arctic College, Dr Vassanyi carried out research into early Inuit-European contact and conflict history (Baffin Island and Labrador).

LL.M. in European and International Business Law
This English language degree program is designed for applicants who already hold a degree in law from any country in the world. Since the program focuses on unified law affecting international business and commerce, it is useful without geographical boundaries. The program was accredited by the Hungarian Accreditation Committee for the Károli Gáspár University as a master-level program. This is a one-year full-time program with classes in the heart of Budapest, offered to 30 students at the maximum.
