On 23 September, Károli Gáspár University hosted its 5th Károli Sports Day at the Riz Levente Sports and Events Centre, welcoming a record number of more than 3,000 students for a full day of sport, movement and community.
The Sports Day was also a great opportunity for Károli’s international students to take an active part in university life. Students from different countries joined the activities, competed alongside their fellow students and enjoyed the vibrant community atmosphere of the event. A special highlight was the participation of our International Football Team, who brought great energy to the pitch and represented the international student community on the field.
The event offered students the chance to try different sports and activities. This year’s programme featured a variety of activities, including volleyball and live table football tournaments, Giant Twister, FPV Racing and Number War, alongside other popular sports and games, including rodeo bull riding, Catch the Stick, table football, table tennis, robot challenges, rowing ergometers, giant basketball, hammer strength testing and badminton.
