Continuous research of World history during 19th and 20th centuries, with unique concern of the history of Russia and the Soviet Union. During the course of my educational activity, besides using the classical historical sources - I have devoted great attention not only to reports, documentaries done by means of  ‘Oral history’, conducted by me personally, - but to collections of photographs kept in foreign archives. I have given numerous lectures as a guest lecturer at foreign universities and conferences (England-Nottingham, Denmark- Copenhagen, United States of America- New York, Stanford, Washington, Brazil- Sao Paolo, Italy-Bergamo, Poland-Krakow, former Soviet Union-Moscow, Leningrad, Riga
